The textbook gives u a basic summary of marketing as a course, the first three chapters helps reminds you of some forgotten topics, the cases are kind of tough, though it makes you do a lot of researches in anwsering the cases. The cases are especially helpful when you discuss and argue them out with your friends. A great Book.

I took this class through a journalism school. This book was used for the graduate level IMC course. Since it was used at a journalism school, I found it quite interesting that the writers of this book would apparently need so much help both writing and editing their work. Sentences aren't meant to go on for entire paragraphs, especially when filled with gobbledygook. Have mercy on anyone who is stuck reading this sub-par textbook. The case studies in the book definitely should have come with solutions. I meant to hit two stars, but accidently saved it as one and can't change it. Sorry!Strategic Marketing Problems: Cases and Comments (11th Edition)

Got what I paid for, a used textbook in excellent condition for a fraction of what it would have cost through the college bookstore. There will be many more visits to Amazon as this is my first grad school class.

Book was in perfect condition with the exception of some small damage that occurred during shipping. The company packaged it well, I think the postoffice just used metal straps during shipping which damaged the book a little. But the company shipped it out immediately which is appreciated!
