I didn’t receive my book and I lose 2500 USD which I paid for my course because I haven’t the text book to follow my class. until now nobody from seller contact me and the only thing which I receive from Amazon was apologize letter ! maybe they will return my money but who can compensate the money and time which I spent for a graduated course without book ?

I purchased this book for a class, but it was made outside of the United States and is of very poor quality. In fact, some of the content was missing because whoever made this book added the same chapter in several times and omitted other chapters. Very unhappy with this purchase!

I ordered a text book from them on jan 28. The only option for shipping was standard 7-14 days. Then when on the 14th day i had not recieved my order to complain it would not let me make a claim until Feb. 23 which was a whole months after I purchased it. When I finally did make a claim they never responded to it. I am in the process of going back and forth with amazon now to get my money back. The book never came and i had to buy the book somewhere else. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
